A seasoned procurement executive with 26 years’ experience. A proven track record of executing complex, high-value strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier management programs globally. An expert negotiator focusing on savings and improved supplier offerings. Experience leading high performing teams, procurement transformation and acquisition integrations. Extensive experience in outsourcing initiatives.

Prior to Wolfe Procurement, Andrew held senior leadership positions at OpenText and Manulife Financial. Most recently, the Director, Procurement at OpenText where he lead the transformation from transactional “low value add“ purchasing to a “best-in-class“ strategic sourcing operation. Andrew is also a CSCMP.
